"Strand bij Westpuntbaai; De visschersbevolking droogt op dit stukje strand de netten en brengt booten op het drooge. Ten Noorden sluit een 30 M. hooge steile rotsmuur het strand af. De Zuidkust, waaraan deze baai is gelegen, is rijk aan baaien, lagunen en ondiepe meren. De Noordkust daarentegen steil, weinig ingesneden en moeilijk bereikbaar."
