Zie ook: Aruba : zoals het was, zoals het werd (1953). Op ongeveer dertig plaatsen van Aruba treft men tekeningen van Indianen aan. Bovenstaande zijn te vinden in een grot bij Fontein. De betekenis van deze tekeningen is nog nooit ontcijferd; vermoedelijk hadden zij slechts een magische betekenis.
