Het vroegere Witte Huis, omstreeks 1880 gebouwd door Djan Eman en, nadat de Lago te Sint Nicolaas gekomen was, lange tijd centrum van de activiteit aldaar. Het deed dienst als woonhuis van de eerste employees, later als cantine, nog later als kantoor. In 1942 werd het afgebroken. Naar een schilderij van Don Blair in het hoofdgebouw van de Lago.
