Caption: Wayne Simmons, age 29, native of Missouri, Operator of Light Ends Unit. Simmons is indicative of youthful tenor of entire refinery. Four years ago he was a school teacher in the States. He came to Aruba as Student Operator not knowing one valve from another. Today he supervises the operation of practically 3-1/2 million dollars worth of equipment.
