"Fls. 250, highest award received by an employee in TSD drafting and blueprint section went to W. Alexis, above, who suggested substituting photostat fixer for electro-copyist fixer. In addition to savings, his idea made it more convenient to use one brand of chemical for two operations. The picture above is a reflection of Alexis in the shiny glass of the photostat machine.
